We should have a pinned topic or something in the character creation to show what ranks are taken so the new people arent looking through so many profiles to see if the rank they want is taken.

well that and all the kages, wouldnt it be easier to just make a list to keep track of all the ranks....

exactly my thoughts, the sub catagoeries being the villages, list the ranks, and then have the persons user name or character name by it so we know whats taken. all the blank spots are the ranks that havent been filled in yet

You know, I'm pretty sure we had a roster. But the leaders who were in charge of them neglected to use them every time a new member joined their respective Village. I as well would like to have some sort of Roster to keep everything organized, but I wouldn't want to waste my time making all of these Rosters if no one's willing to keep charge of them.
Though, if I see some members (including staff) who are willing to be responsible for this (I'm no exception), then I'll gladly get some Rosters up again. But for now, we might have to wait.

Get the topic started by an admin in the character creation so that the admins can edit it with each new person that comes.

But once again, we need someone with both responsibility and time to take care of both. (With no offense implied towards the Staff Team) I think the case is either one or the other for us. Either we don't have the time to check every so often when a new member joins, or we sometimes neglect to perform a task (it happens to everyone). Though I, or another Staff Member might (and probably will) bring this topic up in the near future.

Hey, Dai. How about we divided the responisibilities between all staff members. I got Flame Village and other village, Tay could have Thunder Village and other. If we divide the villages to each staff member, that would make things go easier. If you got something to do, but can't do anything about it, just simply tell the other staff member, and it'll be done. ~BD~ |
