Background Info
History: The Kitsune are a race of fox spirits, often times bearing more then one tail, and are divided into two groups, the Myobu Kitsune, who are benevolent and devote their lives to service to the Shinto kami Inari(and thus keep out of human affairs), and the Nogitsune Kitsune, who meddle and deceive humans to forfill an agenda that is for the most part, only known to the Nogitsune Kitsune. Amatsu is one of the most infamous Nogitsune Kitsune, his manipulations of human kind being of epic proportions. Little is known about Amatsu's
mysterious past, but what is known is his manipulations, and his history after early life.
The originator of the 6 paths was the creator of the ninja world, but he did not create it by choice, in fact, he was influenced to do it, by Amatsu himself. Amatsu had extensive dealings with the originator, and earned his favor by pretending to be a Myobu Kitsune, and "gifting" himself with the rinngan. He told him that the world was in danger, and that he could save it, and become a kami himself, if he aided Inari by creating the ninja way. Little did he know, that he was being lied to by Amatsu, who's plan was to manipulate world events by creating a the ninja world itself, which would grow to become the most powerful force in the world. After this, royal families came to power in the world, ruling over the shinobi nations(which where his creation from the six path's ordeal.) and these families where all Nogitsune Kitsune, who used their power to shape-shift into human form and deceive the people further.
As the ninja world grew, Amatsu had decided that he should come into good terms with other Yoki races, and started to deal with Nagashi, a prominent Naga, and Sojobo, the king of the tengu. His dealings where primarily business, that business being there influence and power over the human race. Eventual this mutual agreement became a formal pact, a pact not just between leaders, but between the three yoki races that the leaders where a part of. After the Yoki Pact's formation, Amatsu saw a major threat to his power in the form of the tailed beasts, and decided to try and eliminate it, through the use of his ally Sojobo. Sojobo, under order of Amatsu, married a Hyuuga girl and had a son, Uchiha Madara. Uchiha Madara was meant as a tool, to control the Biju, but he had his own ideals, and fought with Sojobo, and sealed him away.(for more info, google Uchiha Tengu theroy.)However, Amatsu still saw use for Madara, and saw that despite his disobedience, he should be left alive, so that there would be a natural check on the power of the Biju. In the present day, Amatsu's power over the world still grows, and he seams to be planing something quite large for the future.
Personality: Amatsu is a heartless, cunning, and a master of manipulation. A Machiavellian, Amatsu believes that he can do anything and everything to achieve his goal, complete control over all humans. His goal is not because of a lust for power, but because he believes himself, and to an extend all Yoki, to be above humanity, to be "pure" and thus he feels that Yoki should control humans, as humans are to corrupt to rule themselves. Because of this belief, he can to some seam a bit conceded and prideful, and often talks to humans as if they are beneath him. However, he dose admire power, and he will show some respect to humans that posses enough power to impress him. Despite his opinion of Yoki, he dose see those beneath him as to an extent expendable, and will be quite willing to dispose of those that have failed him or outlived their usefulness.
Rank: Society Damyo(one of the three leaders of the society of spirits(Yoki pact.), in ninja terms he would be a kage-like figure, although his power leval would be like that of a akatsuki missing-nin, and not a kage.)

Combat Description: Being a Kitsune, Amatsu has the requisite powers that a Kitsune possessed, and thus fights using those, as appose to normal, jutsu(nin, gen, tai ect...)based fighting.
Jutsus:
(Note on the Jutsus, being a Kitsune, he is not technilcy a ninja, and dose not have actule named justus, but he dose fight using abilities similar to jutsus, his power list will be listed below.)
Kitsune powers:
Shapeshifting(only to a human form though.)
Control of a black fire(so he can use attacks that would be similar to fire based justus.)
the power to create extremely realistic illusions(similar to Tsyukyomi, except without the need for Itachi's eyes.)
Limited space/time manipulation(in other words, all he can do is send people to another dimension he controls, similar to Kakashi, except the world is much larger, and he wields more control there.)
Power to influence the human mind(influence, but not brainwash, he can change there minds to an extent, but not fully brainwash, just make one a bit more "evil". This means he can't mess with free will, and the person he corrupts can openly defy him if they wish(this can only be do with the ok of the other Rper(s) in the RP.)
Power to give others Dojutsu(he can gift people with Dojustu, (kinda like how Orochimaru can give people cursed seals.) however, this power dose not give him any control over that person, and he can't give himself any.(not that ones within bloodline cannot be givin.(shaingan ect.))
