He disappears in the blink of the eye, he was traveling to fast to be seen by the expert eyes, only bloodline eyes can see him at this rate of speed, such as Sharigan, Byuugan, and many other. Eye of Dragon can also seen him also.

Rowen pay close attention to Blue's speed and without him knowing used the eye of dragon to track Blue and smiles. his eyes follow Blues every movement.

By focusing on his eyes, he knows Rowen is watching him. Let see how well he can use it, those things don't come in handy whenever you need them. He stop in one spot and leap toward him and bring his knee out to knee him on the face. He got everything planned out already, and he knows his next move.

Rowen sees Blue stop in one spot and leap toward him and bring his knee out to knee him on the face. 'hmm really i can block that' he thought. Rowen waits for it and grabs his leg or trys 2 anyway and smirks thinking he blocked.
